One Equity Partners (OEP) – a middle market private equity firm – announced that it completed a majority investment in Comau, making Stellantis an active minority shareholder. Comau is a global technology company specializing in industrial automation and advanced robotics.
Comau’s Executive Chairman, Alessandro Nasi, and Chief Executive Officer, Pietro Gorlier, will continue leading the company and its future growth. And the executive management team will also retain their current positions.
Based in Turin, Italy, Comau has an international network of 7 innovation centers and 12 manufacturing plants spanning 12 countries and employs 3,700 people.
